Kitty Cat Hotel has been designed exclusively for cats! We offer a boutique cat boarding experience and are open 7 days a week all year, including public holidays. Your furry family members will receive the utmost care and attention while enjoying a safe and relaxing stay with us. Plus, we live on site! Your cats aren't left in a facility overnight with no staff. If needed, we can check on our feline guests 24 hours a day.

Nestled in the seaside surroundings of Peterhead, South Australia, Kitty Cat Hotel offers unique and personalised care for your cherished feline companions. We ensure a clean and nurturing environment, providing twice-daily room maintenance, feeding, and ample playtime for each guest. Our cat only boarding space is enhanced with calming pheromone diffusers, helping your cat settle in comfortably.
During the day, your cat will have the option to explore both of our in door and out door enclosures, specifically built for play time! They can explore fun places to climb, scratch and sniff while feeling safe and secure in our purpose built cat enclosures. For safety reasons and to ensure all guests are comfortable, cats take turns exploring outside of their individual enclosures. Cats from the same household can explore and play together.
We supply everything that your cat could need! Clean and cozy bedding, fresh kitty litter, quality food, water and plenty of toys. But that's doesn't mean you can't bring some special things from home.

Daily rates
Standard Suite (for one)

Each standard suite includes a multi tiered bedding space with clean and cozy blankets, plus a safe enclosed sleeping space for shy guests and a soft hanging hammock for the ones who love to stretch out!

Our twin suites are perfect for siblings and bonded cats. Each twin suite includes a multi tiered bedding space with clean and cozy blankets, plus multiple safe enclosed sleeping areas and a soft hanging hammock. They have large wooden platforms for climbing kitties who like to explore and watch from high places!

For long term bookings of 28 days or over - please request a quote as discounts apply.
*Please note that a minimum three day stay applies to all bookings. A seven day minimum stay applies to bookings over the Christmas period.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of your booking to secure your cats stay. Please note that if a deposit hasn't been paid - your booking is not confirmed.
​
Cancellation Policy - To receive a refund of your deposit we require 30 days notice of cancellation. A partial deposit refund may be given if we receive less than 30 days notice. No refund will be given if you cancel within seven days of your booking.

Refunds will not be given for early check out.

Important Information
Prior to check in it's important to ensure that your cat is up to date with their vaccinations. Check with your regular vet to see if your cat has had it's annual F3 (Feline Herpesvirus, Feline Calicivirus, and Feline Panleukopenia) vaccination. If not please ensure your cat has had their booster at least two weeks prior to check in.

All cats need to be wormed and flea treated prior to check in. Please note that we do not allow unwell cats at our facility. If your cat isn't feeling their best, it's recommended that you reschedule their stay.

What to bring to the Kitty Cat Hotel?
We supply everything that your cat could need! Clean and cozy bedding, fresh kitty litter, quality food, water and plenty of toys. But that's doesn't mean you can't bring some special things from home. We recommend bringing a favourite toy or something from home to help you cat settle in. Food is provided, we stock Blackhawk dry food and a variety of wet foods like, Dine, Fancy Feast and Purina. If your cat requires a special diet please ensure you bring enough for their stay. We have a fridge and freezer on site for fresh treats and plenty of space for dry food. We can cater to the fussiest of felines and the fussiest of feline owners! So please reach out if you have specific requests. We can also send photos and updates of your precious furry family member, to help put your mind at ease and assure you that they are in great hands.

​Check in times at Kitty Cat hotel are available between 1pm and 2:30pm and also between 4pm and 5pm.

Check out times are available between 9am and 11am. If you need to check in or out outside of these hours - please reach out. Fees may apply.
